Planters is recruiting recent college graduates for its next class of brand ambassadors and drivers of the peanut-shaped “NUTMobile” for a year.
If hired, the three successful candidates, or “Peanutters,” would drive with Planters’ mascot Mr. Peanut nationwide in a 26-foot long peanut on wheels.

The “Peanutters,” or brand ambassadors, would stop at events in various cities to promote the Planters brand, according parent company Hormel Foods.
The positions are paid and full-time, and last from June 2023 to June 2024.
What is a typical day in the life of a ‘Peanutter?’
A typical day of a “Peanutter” would involve representing Planters in interviews and media appearances in radio, television and digital publications, according to the job post on Hormel Foods’ careers website.
There would also be a fair amount of community engagement at events and through volunteer projects.
Who is eligible to become a ‘Peanutter?’
Applicants must have recently graduated college with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or other related field of study.
They must also have a valid driver’s license, “an appetite for adventure” and a “proficiency for nut puns,” according to the job posting.
How can I apply to become a ‘Peanutter?’
Hormel Foods states that applicants must send a resume, cover letter and short video explaining why they would stand out as the “perfect Peanutter.”
But there’s a deadline to apply, as applicants must send in all their materials by Feb. 14, 2023.
